How to switch image format? (Watch Dogs: Legion)

How to change the image format in full screen mode, for some reason I have an elongated image in full screen mode, and the format is set to Auto and cannot be changed in the settings in the game. You have to play in borderless windowed mode, and this mode is less productive. Where is the graphics settings file for the game?
