Logs | FPS drop | Freezes (Car Mechanic Simulator 2018)

My computer many times exceeds the minimum system requirements, but lags even at the minimum settings, in the benchmark a maximum of 31 fps, an average fps of 27.
Components:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2gz 6 cores 12 threads
Video card: MSI AMD Radeon RX550 aero itx oc 4gb
RAM : 16gb ddr4
