The cutscene hangs (Mass Effect 3)

The cutscene freezes after the arrival of Andersen's Shuttle for Shepard in the mission Priority:Earth. The picture freezes, sound goes.
The cutscene is not passed to any key, change the resolution/graphics settings doesn't help, and reinstalling drivers.

To repair/reinstall would not, as is ALOT and a couple of mods that blood and sweat have been previously installed. The end of the game, and can not pass because of the buggy screen saver(
Is it possible for someone with the game to throw a save game to get past this splash screen? Because Google on this issue, or is silent, or offers non-working workarounds.
