Help, won't start with 2 sticks of RAM

Proc: Ryzen 5 3400g
Mother: Msi b450m a pro max
RAM A-Data XPG SPECTRIX D50 RGB 16 GB 2 to 8
Tried to swap everything does not work, put each separately everything works.
I flashed the bios but didn't reset it.

So look at the specifics of the motherboard. It can accept the maximum speed of the RAM.

Pull the processor out of the socket, check for bent legs.
For some, simply reinstalling the processor in the socket helped.

Reset the BIOS by removing the battery and closing the tongue with a screwdriver instead of the battery for 1 second, lying and side together.
