Actually, someone knows some thread pattern how to raise it? Because I have it like the bitcoin rate, it rises, then it falls, you can’t guess in general ...It used to rise by +20 three times, then it fell by -10 several times, now it’s generally 0 all the time ...

You do not confuse combat experience and morale? Morale can just jump (because of the decisions made during the "battle"). With combat experience, everything is fine. I play pirate.

According to my personal observations, the experience begins to grow and is almost not lost somewhere in the second campaign. I suspect that the point is that experience is lost with the loss (namely death) of legionnaires. Which is logical. At the very beginning, we have inexperienced centurions, and the morale is also minus, which, I suspect, causes more losses. But I didn't find the exact pattern.
