Cigarette cards bug (Red Dead Redemption 2)

I can not send a set of cards "Artists, painters, writers and poets" because of 11 cards.
In the reference book, it is displayed as found, but neither in the bag, nor in the house where it is located.
Because of it, I can not complete the game at 100%. The
quest was not completed
Is there a solution to this problem?
