Problem connecting to Battle.net europe (Diablo 2)

Greetings to all, I don’t know if I’m writing in that topic or not, but I hope there is a solution to the problem. After some time playing on Rubattle, I decided to play on the server, there is a license for both Diablo 2 and add-ons. I installed the game, entered all the keys, everything is fine, the game starts, but when you select any of the server (europe, west, etc.) it crashes to the desktop at the stage of entering a nickname and password. But at the same time, on Rubattle, it starts up without problems. For two days I have been trying to find any information on the Internet, but I can not find anything. Maybe someone knows what's wrong?
