1060 fan problem

Hello to all! On my 1060 3gb, the fan sometimes starts to buzz. Sound like something is hitting. I think bearings bath. You hit it and it stops, then it starts again. I understand that this is a cringe, but what to do then? Can I replace the fans myself? Thanks in advance!
