Need help with modifications. (The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion)

Hello everyone.
Played Oblivion at release and now decided to replay.
I want to roll mods for improved textures and faces from above, I'm not going to put anything else.
Advise such mods to anyone who is not difficult.
