Ulbricht's Great Offensive (Elex)

Good day! There was a question, I replayed the game several times and I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong.

Made it to chapter 3. New quest: Ulbricht's Big Offensive (Dal Thorald)

I went through all the quests with the beast (outcasts) but... (NO DIALOGUE TO OFFER HER TO GO TO Ulbricht) after I killed the last monster.

Went to Ulbricht (PLAYING CLERIC IF THAT IS HIGH RANK)

He says you are high rank now go travel further.. BUT there is no dialogue at all about attacking..

What am I doing wrong ? Have you had it?
