Pirate DLC car (Forza Horizon 5)

None of the additional dlc-cars (specified in the file from the steam_emu.ini code), except for the welcome pack, can be bought. They are not displayed in the car dealership, but in the collection of cars, when trying to buy, it writes that either "the car will be released on such and such a date" or "you have not bought this car yet." I play offline. What to do - I want to ride an Espada, Subarka 19th or xJ13, but there are stupidly none of them .... I tried different Repacks from FitGirl, and from InsignRamses and others .... All the same ...
