Quest scripts not working (Dying Light 2: Stay Human)

After yesterday's update, I have to restart the game every time, because nothing happens when I approach the yellow marker. Only after a restart does it move forward. The same with the quest NPCs, the talk buttons are not active until I restart. Checked the cache, everything is fine. I'll try to reinstall tonight. The co-op still doesn’t work, we went through a parallel with a friend, his co-op opened, I don’t.
