Critical Strike and Deadly Strike are mutually exclusive. If you have 33% Deadly Strike and 68% Critical Strike your total double damage chance would be:

=CS + (DS/100)*(100-CS)
=68% + (33/100)*32%
=68% + 10.56 %
=78.56%
