blue screen (LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes)

from the PC everything is top, it pulls everything. Decided to take a break and play. as a result, immediately after the introductory video, as the gameplay begins, everything stops and the blue screen of Windows 10 crashes. what to do is not clear. tried everything. reinstall Dx, C++, run a virtual machine with Windows 7 and it doesn't work there.
