What should I do if I missed my father's bell? (Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice)

After defeating the owl, foolishly hurried and didnâ€™t take my fatherâ€™s bell, and therefore I canâ€™t get past the owl from the Hirata estate, are there any alternative options to get a bell, or start the game again?

Try to add it through the cheat engine. You select the item swap function, select something you don't need in your inventory, and in the cheat engine change its id to the id of the bell you google before.
