Alchemy Recipes (Wartales)

I ran into a problem, I can’t figure out how to get fish oil, except for prayers to the gods of the random house to find it in the loot of the defeated bandits.
I have a party for damage through the junglers and I need the oil of swiftness, but that's not the task, there are no resources for the extract (fish oil).
The same annoyance with Alazar powder, but I didn’t understand at all how to find it and where, it’s not in the loot, the ghosts don’t give it, it’s like in the tomb too ...
