I can't use first aid kits in the game. If anyone had help (Dying Light 2: Stay Human)

I can't use first aid kits in the game. Although they are selected in the consumables, and so with all items.

If you play from the keyboard, then use the 2 button to select the first-aid kit and then hold down the H English one.
Do not just press, but press straight for a few seconds.

Am I the only one who thinks that first-aid kits in the game are bullshit compared to regeneration boosters?
