Quest bug in Thile's forge (UnDungeon)

While playing the role of "Pacifist", he encountered a critical error in the task issued by the blacksmith Tile.
Whatever dialogues he chooses, the maximum that he manages to do is save Rex's life (but only if he is accepted into the team of his mercenaries). If you just let go without accepting the team - Thile's dialogues are bugged, Thile declares that Rex has fled (this happens when making a completely different decision!). As a result of the passage of the dimension (and in the ark), both Rex and Tile perish.
If Rex is taken to the team, in the results of the world (and the ark) - Tile dies.
Moreover, the task "Trial of Rex" is not counted as completed (karma is not credited, the task icon above the location does not disappear).
3 times I went through the Ku dimension from the very beginning, overwrote the saves (until the entrance to the Tile forge), and did not find a solution to the bug with tasks in this location ...

Who faced it? How did they get out?

There is a theoretical conjecture that tasks in the Thile forge should be started after receiving from Vidicus, a task to search for the next hub core (with a tip just to the Thile forge). I did not check this possibility, because according to the plot, Vidicus's tip to the Tile Forge occurs much later than access to the location ... Apparently a bug, including the main storyline. Replaying from the very beginning, for the sake of verification, is long and dreary ... (Perhaps useless ...)
