Mission Nijal Disappears (Grand Theft Auto 5)

but if you stand somewhere in 200-hundred meters and fly up Debug with a camera, then Nigel walks at the door and waits for Trevor, but as soon as he approaches, he immediately leaves somewhere, and the icon disappears, and the mission does not start, I tried and teleport and fly and walk and take different cars, nothing happened!
