Dying Light 2 quest not loading (Dying Light 2: Stay Human)

Does anyone know how to get around this problem. The quest Night Runners does not load, or rather its end.
Asks for something to wait.

I remember that in Morrowind you could talk to an NPC who refused to talk to you after undressing and walking up to him naked.
Not sure if it will work, but you can try.
