Kernel power due to two dies

There are no problems with one RAM chip, but when I insert another, the Kernel Power 41 (63) error often appears.
Even without load, it may appear, I checked both dice through memtest, there are no errors.
Perhaps an error due to dual channel, but I can not disable it in the BIOS. Bios reset, pc clean. The RAM works at 2667 MHz, I wanted to lower it, MB will help, but I can’t, it’s blocked in the BIOS ..

it back to the store and either hand it in for diagnostics to replace it with the same ones, or immediately change it to something normal. If overclocking is not of interest, then any Kingston (hyperx) Fury or Crucial ballistix - which will be available and cheaper.
