Transportation of a race from an occupied planet. (Stellaris)

Is it possible in the game after the occupation of the planet to transport its race to another place? If so, how.

You should have an item in your policy Resettlement - allowed
In the menu of the planet, choose relocate and take everyone away in a crowd

Thanks for the answer. Is it possible not to take the system with the planet, but just take them away during the war when the system does not belong to me?

, I don't know, I don't use such tactics, usually I either bomb until devastation, or I destroy them with a Colossus.
