Can't get out of the region (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Bought DLC, bought crooked. How to get out of this trap? After all, only Hungary separates me from the main map

You can buy a garage anywhere and teleport. There are no problems here, there is simply no DLS that connects the region.
Go to the garage, buy a garage from below. You can buy anywhere, even if you haven't been there.
But according to the purchased DLS, you can only ride within this region.
