Breakdown of the location, the inability to pass the story further. (God of War (2018))

After completing the mission with the first conversation with the World Serpent, the platform to climb to it disappeared. After this bug, the menu began to display 2 story missions: the main one and the buggy one. During the battle with Balder, passing through this platform is mandatory, but due to its absence, Kratos falls under the map. How can it be solved? As I understand it, the save has already died here, does anyone have a save at this or close to this stage of the game? Thank you
