I have the same stuff, only at the level of Novosibirsk, where Artyom climbs on NII, a save appeared in front of his wheezing and reach another rotted corpse with filters in any way. And create does not work, not enough loot and there is nothing to parse. Trainers don't use. The result is a schmuck writhing and dying exactly in the same place (trying like mad to run to the stash but alas..)
