For how much adequately expose their pieces of iron?

I have
i7 8700k, mb Asrock Z 370 Extreme4, RAM 16gb 3000mhz Corsair Vengeance.

I think to change either for
I5 12600k or for i7 12700 (k) + DDR5

Vidyuha 2070 super. While I will not change, it hurts too expensive.
How much is it adequate to sell your whale mother + stone + oz?
Is 20k a reasonable price tag? Is it possible to sell more expensive or vice versa to throw off the price?

Pff, one vidyaha now costs at least 40-50 pieces, I even made a mistake from 60 pieces on average, the price starts.
