Change camera view (Tom Clancy's The Division 2)

When switching to the aiming mode, the camera is always from the left shoulder, by pressing shift in the aiming mode, the camera position can be changed, but the camera position is not saved. I went through all the parameters, technical support feeds shit, how to fix the position of the camera? Help
