How to rate movies on Kinopoisk correctly.

I calculated the average value of the average ratings of 100 people - 8.2. And it should be 5.5 ((1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 8 + 9 + 10) / 10). On average, everyone overestimates by 2.7.
The meaning of ratings is to separate good films from bad ones, and if divided, then equally. If you use all 10 ratings, then 10% of each. Rating 10 for 10% of the best films, 1 for 10% of the worst of what they watched.

Almost everyone is mistaken, thinking that low ratings should only be given to some bad films that will not be watched and evaluated. Hence the lack of low ratings, and when the ratings are only high - if you exaggerate a little, it turns out:
everyone watches only what is interesting and puts only 10 ratings, and the rating for all films will be 10.
That is, they say that all films are the same, and not some are better, some are worse. This is the same as not rating at all or putting only any other identical rating.
When there is no division by ratings into what is better and what is worse, the meaning of the rating is lost.

Therefore, there is a meaning of the rating when, on the contrary, there is a division into the best and worst ratings in each profile, and these ratings are equivalent for different people.
