Two problems with cut-scenes (Sifu)

During all these scenes, the screen splits into the scene itself and a black bar almost half the screen at the top.
And the second problem is skipping scenes: how to do it? Is it even possible to skip them?

on the gamepad from Juan, cutscenes are skipped by pressing the A button, on the mb keyboard, space or enter

man, exactly the same problem. did not find how to fix it? this has not been discussed on any site.
