Will Forza run on windows 7? (Forza Horizon 4)

I go to the page in Steam, it says in the system required version of Windows 10. Did you succeed from those who tried?

System requirements:
Operating system: Windows 10 (x64) (1703 and higher)
There is no point in even trying under 7.
