Go to gamedataconfigmisctask_manager add a couple of zeros in the line
time = 86400
to
time = 8640000
And that's it.
Tasks, although they will appear, but during that time it will take a very long time to complete them. You can complete them in at least 50 days. Time will be like 120 days.

The easiest way - in the same file - Edit - Replace - in the first field you write time and in the second ; time - you press Replace All
