Side quest issue (Dying Light 2: Stay Human)

Has anyone had a problem with the "Double Trouble" quest? I completed it, but after starting the game, this task hangs again. I did it again. Now, after each new entry into the game, this task hangs. Bug?

I got to downtown, this quest also hangs again for some reason. This is the second hung quest. The quest "Let's raise our glasses" is also buggy, there is a marker on the map, but it's not in the list, you can't talk to the brow in any way...
