Minecraft world won't load

At first everything was fine, just building, but then my friend used the block constructor, and after that the world just hung. The blocks are not picked up, I teleport back when I try to fly off somewhere, when I try to remove the block, it is not removed. I would like to get an answer, I will be very grateful (the PCs are all normal, it’s definitely not the case)
