Run it, the utility will prompt you to reboot into safe mode, click ok, the video card drivers will be deleted in safe mode, then reboot into normal mode again, and download Adrenalin 21.10.2 Recommended (WHQL) from the same site. Then don't update your drivers. All versions above 21.10.2 are optional, not tested by Microsoft.

Install in Radeon Software Preferred software version - recommended only. Or read the description of the update, if there is an abbreviation WHQL, you can safely download it. Not much will happen with other games. Basically, new versions of the drivers went to God of War and a few other new products. Changes are minor, performance is not affected, maybe 1~2% in the worst case.
