Have you downloaded patch 1.5? A lot of people are having problems with it right now.

Delete the configuration files and try again.
Configuration files can be found in the following folders:

C:*Cyberpunk 2077 installation folder*r6configsettings
C:*Cyberpunk 2077 installation folder*r6configsettingsplatformpc
C:Users* your name username*AppDataLocalCD Projekt RedCyberpunk 2077

After that you will need to change all settings in the game.

this is from the gog forum, I deleted it, it did not help at first, but just in case, I saved them before that, then inserted them back and it started.

Without details, here you can guess for a very long time. There are no characteristics of the PC, there is no log. Respect to the author of the topic.

Reinstallation did not help, for me personally, that's how I did it and it started up, although before that there were no problems at all when with it

At patch 1.5. conflict with Nahimic. If so, disable the service.

The solution from foreign forums is to download and install both the x86 and x64 versions of the required Visual Studio files.
It worked for me.

could not be deleted, but simply ended the process in the task manager, after restarting it will be restored and you won’t have to delete it, it corrects the sound quite well in games especially.
At least that's how I did it myself, I hope they will fix it with subsequent patches
