No Solitude icon. (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

I decided to go through the campaign for the Storm Brothers, I reached Solitude. I captured him, killed Thulius, listened to Ulfric's speech and it would seem that the quest was completed, I can go on about my business. But when I left to go about my business, I constantly played a battle song, and there was no Solitude icon on the map to make a fast travel there. There is no save before the Battle of Solitude. What to do?

Nothing. You have to make manual saves. And it is desirable to play with an unofficial patch.
You can try to return to any of the earlier stages of the quest using the console, and then complete it, but it's far from a fact that this will help.
