Questions for modders (Mortal Kombat (2011))

In general, I am writing here, in the hope that someone will see and answer:
1) How to remove a character from the game, which existed from the beginning (talking about Noob Saibot)?
2) With the help of what programs can you quickly swap the main suit and the alternative one (do you really have to use MeshSwap)? I would like to make the default Secre and Cyrax in the form of people, not robots.

There is no way to delete a character.
But changing costumes is relatively simple. You unpack the game archives using umodel, look for models and / or textures from both suits, rename the first to the second, the second to the first, pack it back. Models and textures can be viewed using the same umodel.
