Problem starting the game. (Neverwinter Online)

02/16/2022 - when trying to start the game, I received a message that my operating system does not meet the system requirements.
I distinctly remember the warning that W7 and W8 will no longer be supported by the game. But I have a W10, vidyaha 1050ti.

Perhaps this means the version of Windows 10, now the current version of Windows 10 (20H2).

you are the chosen one. on win10 it should work without problems, either download it on a new one or delete files with settings from the game folder, whichever you find.
