Has anyone been here? (Dying Light)

My brother fell through the textures, when he moved away from the PC, I heard the sounds of a drowning Persian and went up to see what was happening there, but I only saw the loading screen. After loading, the Persian began to fall, and so again and again, but it was possible to cling to the concrete part of the fence. Here's what I saw when I got hooked and started looking at the place.
