PES 2021 and Windows 11 (eFootball PES 2021)

The other day I reinstalled the system on Windows 11, before that there was a dozen. PES worked without problems. Now at startup it appears in the task manager, and disappears after a couple of seconds. No errors appear. Drivers, direct-x, Visual C++ and NET Framework libraries are included. I've tried running it in compatibility mode to no avail. Already tried everything. Downloaded a couple of other games like Resident Evil 2 (2019) and Crysis Remastered (2021) they run without problems. What could be the reason with PES? Maybe someone faced the same garbage? How to overcome? Do not offer the option to go back to the top ten))
