Black Stripes (Elden Ring)

People cry from the heart, is there a way for "happy" owners of square monitors with a resolution of 1280x1024 to get rid of black bars. I know that with Dark souls 3 a similar trick could be done by editing the exe file with an HxD editor, but in ER, a shitty anti cheat blocks any change to the exe. Maybe someone is aware of the current method. I understand the problem is not relevant for many, but if anyone responds, thanks in advance.
