Friezes in games

Fx-8350
gtx 1050 ti
4x4 gb 1866 ddr3
ssd
cooler 500w
In all games, except for simple strategies, friezes slip through. I play for 5 minutes and it starts, from 80 fps it drops to 15 for 1-2 seconds, then it lets go and this procedure starts every 2-3 minutes. I think about problems with RAM. I would be glad for any advice, thanks in advance)
Ps two bars survived a power surge after which I had to replace the power supply unit, then I bought 2 more of the same dies. Maybe the problem is in the old plates?

Well, you're interesting of course. Not enough information. I would record a video with indicators. In what games do you have, what friezes, from what moment did it start. Take the old bars off and check the new ones.
Ida figures are close to 3770k. The numbers and latency are similar, although AMD is pulling up on overclocking and memory.
In general, you should not fence 4 bars. The best option is 2x8.

The answer is why turning off the turbo helped - the power supply of the motherboard did not take out - overheating under load, reduced efficiency, due to lack of power, reset of the effective frequencies of the cores. If there was no such thing before the jump, then one of the phases apparently died. If it was, then he himself is bottom.
