Help with original save game[Steam] (Resident Evil 2)

Hey people, help me, I canâ€™t insert a save so that it works, it always blows the whole process to 0.
I tried many different saves for 100% passing, nothing works, what should I do?

Turn on the offline mode in the incentive and throw the save should work.
