Infinite Loading (God of War (2018))

Hello everyone, the game freezes at one of the final locations.
This happens after the transition to Jotunheim: the textures of the portal are not loaded and just a dark yellow background + endless loading.
The game does not rest on RAM, processor and video card. Although the computer is a little old 1050 + i5 7400 and 8Gb RAM
