Problem with cars.... (Cyberpunk 2077)

Dudes (and Dudes) are such a topic, after the start of a new game, I stopped getting tasks to buy cars, maybe a couple of pieces appeared in the wastelands and that's it ..... I need an answer to the question Is my game playing around or maybe I'm not doing something fulfilled? Is there a condition or something...

The condition was definitely given for the issuance of orders, it may be that the car is now the same. I like that there are not such a bunch of extra points on the map.
