Something like a sandstorm (Cyberpunk 2077)

Everything is orange, like a sandstorm, but I don't think it's her. Before that, back in Mom's bar, Wells was blinded by a bright white-yellow light.
What could it be and what to do about it?
Sometimes it makes it hard to play.

after the patch , during the day on the sunny side, nothing is visible at all; the floor of the sky is flooded with bright yellow light.
