Borderlans 2 problem with (location). Help please :) (Borderlands 2)

Such is the problem, I am sitting at the Three Horns location and I have a task to go to the Wasteland location. And everything is loading, loading, and loading again. I think, well, it's been an hour or two. No reaction. (I restarted the computer, which I just didnâ€™t do, there is NO way to re-download the game).
