No saves (Sacred 3)

I played for 2 hours .... then I left the game .. I go in, but there are no saves .. what should I do to save it?

a pirate? I didnâ€™t save it on the pirate either, a window popped out that something couldnâ€™t be created there, I didnâ€™t figure it out and deleted the game

yes, a pirate .... itâ€™s not enough that after installing the fix, 1 character (assassin) disappears and is still not saved
