changing interior_sound_volume: from 0.15 to 0.25, you just made louder external sounds (passing cars, birds, well, if the wind howls outside, then it too, etc.), heard inside the cabin.
Semyon Prozorov, set the value to 0.05, there will be only 5% of the external noise. Or another option: see if there is another mod in the list of mods with the game_data file, which is located below the mod in which the value of interior_sound_volume changes.
Look in the mods (mostly trucks) for sound/truck/noises and delete the fucking files wind_inside_ext_1.ogg and
wind_inside_int_1.ogg before that, turn off the mods in the archives of which there are such files.
For example, I found this infection in two mods Peterbilt 389 Modified v1.3 and Kenworth_T800_Karma_Edit
The nasty howling and whistling of the wind disappeared.
I noticed - oddity: If you just turn off these mods, then the sounds will remain!
