Net framework and Geforce experience!

Good day, I have a problem with net framework and Geforce experience.
1) Net framework I can’t find it and delete it, yesterday, I seem to have found it, but there was version 1.1, I deleted it, then downloaded a new version 4.0, started installing it, it gives an error, such as a new version already installed.
Where is it, how to delete it, tried it through the red organizer does not find it, tell me what to do?
2) Geforce experience, yesterday I had to demolish all the drivers of the video card, maybe, the curve got up through the control panel - delete, began to delete, deleted everything from nvidia except the Geforce experience panel, tell me how to remove it, maybe I don’t need it?
